Shipping & Delivery
- Postage & Packing terms and prices quoted are to delivery addresses on the UK Mainland only. For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Chanel Islands, Northern Ireland or anywhere else in the world please contact us.
- Orders up to 0.8kg (Royal Mail Special Delivery) - £5.00
- Orders between 0.8kg and 10kg (Next day Courier Service) - £7.00
- Orders larger than 10kg (Next day Courier Service) - £0.00
- All orders are sent on a next day delivery, larger consignments on a courier service are despatched Monday to Thursday only, smaller packages sent by royal mail special delivery are sent out Monday to Friday. All our deliveries will require a signature - please ensure someone will be available to receive your order.
- Please note that we do not make courier deliveries during the weekend. If there is a delay for any reason we will email you.
- We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. If we are unable to despatch your order within 72 hours for any reason we will, of course, contact you to discuss alternatives. If suitable alternatives cannot be made we will arrange a full refund.
- Back Orders; if an item is out of stock we will email you with the option to either choose a replacement, cancel your order or we will tell you when we can fulfil it and you may wish to wait for delivery.
